Inner Healing is simply inviting Jesus into the memories that He wants to heal and connecting with His heart. It’s not diving into trauma and reliving all of the pain. It is the exact opposite. Jesus wants us to heal from the pain that has been holding us back. He wants us to experience the FREEDOM that He has already paid for!
