Cancellation Policy

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your session. To ensure fairness and respect for my time and the time of other clients, I have established the following cancellation policy: 1. 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please give 24 hour notice. This allows me to offer your time slot to another client. 2. No-Show Policy: Since you are on a recurring monthly plan, you will still be charged your monthly fee if you don't show up to your appointment. I will always do my best to reschedule your session. I want to make sure I am doing my part to help you reach your goals. 3. Emergency Cancellations: I understand that emergencies happen. In cases of sudden illness or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible. This cancellation policy is in place to respect both your time and mine.
