About Me

Hi, I’m Jennifer 🤍
I’m an Inner Healing Mentor, Christian Life Coach, and speaker who walks alongside Christian wives loving a husband who struggles with addiction. I know this road personally — the exhaustion, the uncertainty, the constant need to stay alert, and the quiet weight of holding everything together.
For a long time, I lived in survival mode, believing that if I stayed aware, stayed in control, and kept everything from falling apart, peace would come. Instead, I became worn down. What God gently showed me is that survival mode isn’t a failure of faith — it’s what happens when you’re trying to stay safe in an unsafe situation.
The work I do today comes from my own journey of learning how to release what was never mine to carry and allowing God to heal what addiction had done inside of me, even when I couldn’t change what was happening around me.
Through inner healing prayer, mentorship, and honest, grace-filled conversations, I create safe spaces where women can process grief, release control, and begin finding peace again — without shame, pressure, or the need to “hold it all together.”
My heart is to help Christian wives move out of survival mode and into true healing, freedom, and peace in Christ — no matter where their husband is in his recovery journey.
