Meet the Founder...
Jennifer Shook is a wife, mom, mentor, and daughter of the King.
​
She’s also a Christian life coach, inner healing mentor, and speaker who helps wives of addicts move from panic-driven survival mode into steady peace, spiritual clarity, and Spirit-led boundaries.
​
Jennifer created the SAFE TO SURRENDER™ framework after walking through addiction and betrayal in her own marriage and discovering that true peace doesn’t come from controlling the chaos around you — it comes from rebuilding internal safety with God.
​
Her passion is helping women who love God but feel trapped in fear, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion experience the freedom that comes from surrendering control, healing their hearts, and learning how to stand steady even when recovery is messy.

Jennifer believes Christian wives are not meant to live in constant fear or carry the weight of everyone else’s choices. She believes women can become Anchored Wives — women who are grounded in God, steady in uncertainty, and able to respond with wisdom instead of panic.
​
When she’s not coaching or creating resources for women navigating addiction in their marriages, Jennifer can often be found spending time with her husband Scotty and family (including their dog, Romey), traveling, reading, and enjoying a warm cup of coffee.
